This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
FM Tile Tools (Blend Emboss), you can download here
My supplies here. The zip includes the tubes and font

Open your tubes in psp
Tubes have HIDDEN layers which mean you must unhide to see them
Minimize them all
Double click to open the font "Ethnocentric" and minimize it on your desktop
Set your Foreground color to #E4AC5A
Set your Background color to #AA1F11

~ Step 1 ~

File, New
Width 281, Height 406
Change your foreground to gradient with the following settings:
Linear, Angle 45, Repeats 0, Invert NOT checked
Fill your layer with the gradient

~ Step 2 ~

Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss and use the following settings:



~ Step 3 ~

Copy web.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it in the top right corner
Set the Opacity of this layer to 60
(Look at my image for placement)
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

~ Step 4 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Activate the Selection Tool
Click on Custom selection and use the following settings:



Fill the selection with the gradient

~ Step 5 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Buttonize and use the following settings (color #454433):



Selections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

~ Step 6 ~

Set your foreground back to solid color (#E4AC5A)
Set your background to gradient and use the following settings:
Linear, Angle 45, Repeats 0, Invert checked!!!
Activate Text Tool and use the following settings:





~ Step 7 ~

Type your name or whatever you want and
position it in the middle of the buttonized square
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

~ Step 8 ~

Copy cat.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it down a little so it sits on the square containing your name
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

~ Step 9 ~

Copy blackcat.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it in the top left corner
Copy spider.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it wherever you want
You can duplicate, flip... put as many as you'd like :)
Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten)

~ Step 10 ~

Image, Add Borders, 3 pixels in black color
Select the border with your magic wand
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the following setting:



Selections, Select None
Image, Add Borders, 2 pixels using #AA1F11 color
Select the border with your magic wand
Repeat Inner Bevel
Selections, Select None
Image, Add Borders, 3 pixels in black color
Select the border with your magic wand
Repeat Inner Bevel
Selections, Select None

~ Step 11 ~

Image, Add Borders, 5 pixels using #E4AC5A color
Select the border with your magic wand
Repeat Inner Bevel
Selections, Select None
Image, Add Borders, 5 pixels using #AA1F11 color
Select the border with your magic wand
Repeat Inner Bevel
Selections, Select None
Image, Add Borders, 7 pixels using #E4AC5A color
Select the border with your magic wand

Save your work as jpg
