This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
My supplies here. The zip includes the image, mask and textures
Put the mask in your mask folder
Put the textures in your texture folder
Open your image in psp
Set your Foreground color to #BD73A8
Set your Background color to #F4BCED
Selections, Select all
Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout and use the following settings:
Selections, Select none
Image, Add Borders, 10 pixels in your dark color
Select the border with your magic wand
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the following settings:
Selections, Select None
Image, Add border 35 pixels in your light color
Select the border with your magic wand
Effects, Texture Effects, Texture and use the following settings:
Selections, Invert
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:
Repeat Drop Shadow but change vertical and horizontal for -2
Selections, Select None
Image, Add Borders, 10 pixels in your dark color
Select the border with your magic wand
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the same settings as before
Selections, Select None
Image, Add border, 55 pixels in your dark color
Select the border with your magic wand
Effects, Texture Effects, Texture and use the following settings:
Layers, New Raster Layer
Fill it with your light color
Effects, Texture Effects, Texture and use the following settings:
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask From Disk
Find 45hootyedgemask and use the following settings:
Selections, Select None
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Layers, Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Effects, 3D Effect, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:
Stay on the same layer!!!
Selections, Select All
Selections, Modify, Contract 55
Click delete once on your keyboard
Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten)
Do NOT deselect!
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:
Repeat Drop Shadow but change vertical and horizontal for -2
Selections, Select None
Image, Add border, 10 pixels in your dark color
Selections, Select All
Selections, Modify, Contract 10
Selections, Invert

Save your work as jpg
