Any resemblance to other online tutorials is purely coincidence ŠN@thy 2007 This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions ~ You will need ~ Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here My supplies here. The zip includes tubes and font Open everything in psp Tubes have HIDDEN layers which mean you must unhide to see them Minimize them all Double click to open the font "Bauhaus 93" and minimize it on your desktop Set your foreground color to white (#FFFFFF) Set your background color to #4F7AA1 ~ Step 1 ~ File, New Set Width and Height to 450, Transparent background Fill the layer with white Copy blueframe1.pspimage and paste as a new layer Duplicate this layer Activate the original frame layer (not the copy of the layer) Adjust, Blur, Glaussian Blur and set the Radius to 20 ~ Step 2 ~ Copy BUTTRFLY.jpg and paste as new layer Move this layer down so its under the blur layer Copy NataschaRoeoesli_Sunny1_DzinzByDawnTube.jpg and paste as new layer ***Make sure this layer is under the blur layer but on top of the buttrfly layer*** Move it down a little so the eye is in the middle of the little frame Change the Blend Mode to Screen ~ Step 3 ~ Copy BKDLace_177.pspimage and paste as new layer Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen Move the lace down so we just see a little bit of it on the top (Look at my image for placement) Move this layer between the frame and the frame blur Layers, Duplicate Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the following settings: ![]() ~ Step 4 ~ Hide the background layer Activate top layer Layers, Merge, Merge Visible Unhide the background layer Move the frame up some so its not so close of the edge ~ Step 5 ~ Copy fairyinblueflwrs_af.psp and paste as a new layer If the fairy is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top Move the fairy down so its head is just in the eye's corner (Look at my image for placement) Duplicate this layer Activate the original fairy layer (not the copy) Adjust, Blur, Glaussian Blur and set the Radius to 20 ~ Step 6 ~ Copy bluebow.pspimage and paste as a new layer Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the same settings as in step 3 Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings: ![]() Move the bow in the top left corner of the frame (Look at my image for placement) ~ Step 7 ~ Copy VRA_Always_Brad_OvalPearl.pspimage and paste as a new layer Move it in the top right corner of the frame Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as step 6 Duplicate this layer 2 times and move them to form a line (Look at my image for placement) ~ Step 8 ~ Make sure foreground is set to white and background is set to #4F7AA1 Activate text tool and use the following settings: Type your name (or whatever you want) Layers, Convert to Raster Layer If the text layer is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top Position the text at the bottom of the tag (look at my image for placement) Duplicate this layer Activate the original text layer (not the copy) Adjust, Blur, Glaussian Blur and set the Radius to 10 ~ Step 9 ~ Active the duplicate of the text layer (not the blur) Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as in step 6 Hide your background layer Layers, Merge, Merge Visible Crop your image Unhide your background layer Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten) Save your work as jpg Add your watermark and your tag is finished.
