This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
My supplies here. The zip includes picture, brush, pattern, gradient and font

Put the brush in your brush folder (both brush files)
Put the pattern in your pattern folder (DebsSilver.jpg)
Put the gradient in your gradient folder (jgd file)
Open everything else in psp
Minimize them all
Double click to open the font "Spirit" and minimize it on your desktop
Set your Foreground color to #99C8E4

~ Step 1 ~

Maximize template.jpg
This will be our working image
Activate your Magic Wand and set tolerance to 0 and Anti-alias checked
Select the top white part
Layers, New Raster Layer
Set the background to pattern and find sugar_texture_6.jpg
Angle 0, Scale 100
Fill the selection with the pattern
Selections, Select None
Lower the opacity of this layer to 44

~ Step 2 ~

Activate the background layer (the template)
Using the Magic Wand set tolerance to 30 and Anti-alias checked
Select the black part
Set the background to pattern and find sugar_texture_5.jpg
Angle 0, Scale 100
Fill the selection with the pattern
Selections, Select None

~ Step 3 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Activate your brush and find mdh_vineframe and use the following settings:



Apply the brush 3 times with the light color
Effects, Texture Effects, Sculpture and use the following settings:



The frame is a little dark so we will colorize it
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use the following settings:
Hue: 143, Saturation: 148
***If you cant get the brush to work copy frame.pspimage
and paste as new layer and go on with step 4***

~ Step 4 ~

Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the following settings:



Move it to the left (see my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



~ Step 5 ~

Set your background to gradient and find CATOECOUNTRY27
Linear, Angle 0, Repeat 0, Invert NOT checked
Maximize love.jpg
Image, Add Border, 2 pixels in a dark color (doesnt matter which color)
Select the border with your Magic Wand (tolerance set to 0)
Fill the border with the gradient
Selections, Select None
Edit, Copy
***You can close this as we wont need it anymore***

~ Step 6 ~

Paste as new layer in the working area
Make sure the image is the top layer (if not Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top)
Move it to the left so its on top of the frame
(Look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



~ Step 7 ~

Maximize KGbluesteelfibers.pspimage
Copy each strip and paste them as new layers in our working area
Move them up and to the right side but make sure they dont go over the white tearup part
(Look at my image for placement)

~ Step 8 ~

Activate your text tool and use the following settings:





Using ALL CAPS type your name
Adjust it so it fits nicely between the top and the white tearup part
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Apply same Drop Shadow as in step 4
***If you are not using psp 9 then just type first letter then hit
enter then type second letter, hit enter and so on***

~ Step 9 ~

Image, Add Border, 3 pixels in a dark color (doesnt matter which color)
Select the border with your Magic Wand (tolerance set to 0)
Fill the border with the gradient
Selections, Select None
Save your work as jpg
