This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~
The bow I used is by Dozi. You can download it here (translucent bow at bottom)
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
My supplies here. The zip includes the tubes and font
Double click to open the font "Mr Leopolde" and minimize it on your desktop
Open everything in PSP and minimize them all

Set your Foreground color to white
Set your Background color to #877A83
File, New
Set Width and Height to 450px, Transparent background
Fill layer with Color White

Copy Butterfly Lace-1.psp and paste as a new layer
Image, Flip
Image, Resize and use the following settings:



Move the lace up and to the left
Duplicate this layer
Move this lace beside the other one so they touch and form one line
Layers, Merge, Merge Down

Copy gem_21.psp and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use the same settings as step 1
Move the gem on the edge of the lace starting on the left side



Duplicate the gem 15 times and move them to form a line
Hide the background
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Rename this layer Lace

Copy ivy_fishermen_misted.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move this layer underneath the lace layer
Move the image just a little bit to the left so its aligned with the lace
(Look at my image for placement)
Change the opacity of this layer to 44

Copy GoldenReflection_TubedByGini_07-30-06.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move this layer underneath the lace layer
but on top of the fishermen misted image
Move the image just a little bit to the right so its aligned with the lace
(Look at my image for placement)
Change the opacity of this layer to 70

Activate Lace layer
Duplicate
Image, Flip
Move it up just a little bit so its on top of the flower
(Look at my image for placement)

Copy VRA_Always_PearlStickPin_Special.pspimage and paste as a new layer
Rename this layer Pin
If the pin is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Move it up in the right corner
(Look at my image for placement)
Activate your selection tool and
select the middle part of the pin, about 60 pixels
Edit, Cut
Layers, New Raster Layer
Edit, Paste, Paste into Selection
Selections, Select None

Move this layer under the Lace layer so it looks like its pinned into the lace
Activate the Pin layer (should be the top layer)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Hide background layer
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Unhide background layer

Maximize GlassGlobes-LM.pspimage
Copy and paste each glass globe as a new layer
Move them around (Look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Apply this drop shadow to every glass globe

Copy ivy_whitemoth.psp and paste as a new layer
If the butterfly is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to top
Image, Resize and use the following settings:



Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the following settings:



Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen More
Move it in the right bottom corner
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before

Copy a-dozi's-trans-bow-dark.pspimage and paste as a new layer
If the bow is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Image, Resize and use the following settings:



Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the same settings as before
Move it in the left top corner

Copy MontiHeartsCharm.pspimage and paste as new layer
If the heart is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Image, Resize and use the following settings:



Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen
Move this heart in the center of the bow so it looks like its part of it
Layers, Merge, Merge Down
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Copy MontiHeartsCharm.pspimage once again and paste as new layer
Move this heart in the left bottom corner
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Set foreground and background color to #877A83
Activate text tool and use the following settings:



Type your name (or whatever you want)
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Position the text at the bottom of the tag, between the heart and the butterfly

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings (color #877A83):



Hide your background layer
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Crop your image
Unhide your background layer
Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten)

Add your watermark and your tag is finished. I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial.
