This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
MuRa's Seamless (Shift at Wave), you can download here
My supplies here. The zip includes tubes, backgrounds, mask and font

Put the mask into your mask folder
Open the tubes and backgrounds in psp and minimize them all
Double click to open the font "Curlz MT" and minimize it on your desktop
Set your Foreground color to #B0CDDF
Set your Background color to #3F7292

~ Step 1 ~

File, New
Set Width and Height at 500, Transparent background
Activate your Selection Tool and use the Custom Selection with the following settings:



Fill with white
Selections, Select None
Effects, Plugins, MuRa's Seamless, Shift at Wave and use the following settings:



~ Step 2 ~

Select the ribbon with your magic wand (tolerance set to 0)
Set your foreground to pattern and find BACK 2.jpg
Angle set to 0 and and Scale to 30
Fill the ribbon with your pattern
Selections, Select None
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the following settings:



Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -1
Edit, Copy
***You can close this now we wont need it anymore***

~ Step 3 ~

Maximize BACK.jpg
***This will be our working area***
Paste the ribbon as new layer
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the following settings:



Move the ribbon up in the left top corner (look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Repeat Drop Shadow but change vertical and horizontal to -3

~ Step 4 ~

Set your foreground to pattern and find BACK 3.jpg
Angle set to 0 and and Scale to 100
Select the top left corner with your magic wand (just over the ribbon)
Selections, Modify, Expand, 30
Layers, New Raster Layer and fill the selection with the pattern
Selections, Select None
Layers, Arrange, Move Down

~ Step 5 ~

Maximize BACK 4.jpg

Maximize your tube, copy and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use the following settings:
Width: 52 Percent, Resample using: Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio checked, Resize all layers NOT checked!
Move your tube to left (look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



~ Step 6 ~

Activate your tube layer (should be top layer)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Activate your tube layer once again (should be top layer)
Set the Blend Mode to Luminance and change the Opacity to 54
Image, Add Border, 4 pixels in your dark color
Select the border with your magic wand
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the same settings as in step 1
Selections, Invert
Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout and use the following settings:



Repeat the Cutout but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2

~ Step 7 ~

Selections, Select None
Layers, Promote Background to Layer
Image, Canvas Size and change the Width and Height to 425
Placement would be center
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -3

~ Step 8 ~

Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image and use the following settings:



Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Edit, Copy
***You can close this now we wont need it anymore***
Paste as new layer in our working area
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Move the frame to the left so it goes over the ribbon (look at my image for placement)

~ Step 9 ~

Copy your tube again and paste as new layer
Make sure your tube is the top layer (if not do Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top)
Image, Resize and use the following settings:
Width: 77, Resample using: Bicubic, Lock aspect ratio checked, Resize all layers NOT checked!
Move your tube to right (look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Activate your tube layer (should be top layer)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



~ Step 10 ~

Copy TransparentButterfly.pspimage and paste as new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Move the butterfly down in the bottom left corner (look at my image for placement)

~ Step 11 ~

Set your foreground color to Null, your background color should be white still
Activate text tool and use the following settings:



Type your name (or whatever you want)
Move it down at the bottom between the butterfly and the lady (look at my image for placement)
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Repeat Drop Shadow with same settings
Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -3

~ Step 12 ~

Image, Add Border, 7 pixels in your dark color
Select the border with your magic wand
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the following settings:



Selections, Select None
Save your work as jpg
