This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~

*** The word accent I used is by Dozi. You can download it here (last one at the bottom of the page) ***

Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
Eye Candy 3, you can download here
BorderMania, you can download here
My supplies here. The zip includes tubes and alpha

Open the tubes and alpha in psp
Tubes have HIDDEN layers which mean you must unhide to see them
Minimize them all
Set your Foreground color to black (#000000)
Set your Background color to #646C46

~ Step 1 ~

File, New
Set Width to 600 and Height to 450, Transparent background
Fill layer with black
Copy moon.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it to the right

~ Step 2 ~

Copy Tubed by Monique42_F144.psp and paste as new layer
Image, Resize and use the following settings:
Width and Height: 75 Percent, Resample using Bicubic, Lock aspect ration checked
and Resize all layers NOT checked
Move it to the left
Change the opacity of this layer to 46

~ Step 3 ~

Copy ladytreetube.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it down and to the right a little (look at my image for placement)
Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3, Glow and use the following settings:



~ Step 4 ~

Maximize a-dozi's-RC-words-01[1].psp
Image, Resize and use the following settings: Width: 165, Height: 125, Resample using Smart Size,
Lock aspect ratio UNchecked, Resize all layers Checked
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use the following settings:
Hue: 51, Saturation: 54
Copy and paste as new layer into your working area
Move it down so it looks like its hanging from the tree (look at my image for placement)



~ Step 5 ~

Copy corner.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it up in the top left corner (look at my image for placement)
Layers, Duplicate
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the following settings:



Image, Mirror
Move it so the top square is on top of the other one



~ Step 6 ~

Layers, Merge, Merge Down (to merge the 2 parts of the corner)
Layers, Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Image, Flip
Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten)

~ Step 7 ~

Maximize the Alpha tubes
Using the Selection Tool, select your name's letters and copy
Paste each letter as new layer and move it down in the left corner
Repeat the process until you have all your name written
***I kept the letters the same size as the original but can
resize them if your have a long name***
Once you have your name all done, hide the Background layer
Activate your top layer then right click and click Merge, Merge Visible
Unhide the Background layer

~ Step 8 ~

Make sure your name is the active layer
Effects, Eye Candy 3, Glass and use the following settings:



Effects, Eye Candy 3, Glow and use the following settings:



~ Step 9 ~

Image, Add Borders, 10 pixels using background color (not the black)
Select the border with your magic wand
Ajust, Add/Remove Noise, Add noise and use the following settings:



Selections, Select None
Effects, Plugins, NV BorderMania, Frame #2 and use the following settings:



Save your work as jpg
