This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions

~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
My supplies here. The zip includes tubes, mask, texture and font

Put your mask in your mask folder
Put the texture in your texture folder (6.jpg)
Open the tubes in psp
Tubes have HIDDEN layers which mean you must unhide to see them
Minimize them all
Double click to open the font "Especial Kay" and minimize it on your desktop
Set your foreground color to white
Set your background color to #C92A27

~ Step 1 ~

File, New
Set Width to 400 and Height to 400, Transparent background
Fill the layer with white
Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask From Disk and use the following settings:



Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Image, Resize and use the following settings:



~ Step 2 ~

Duplicate the mask layer
Lock the transparency for this layer by taking off the red X on the layer



Right click once on the mask to fill with the red color
Relock the transparency for this layer by putting the red X back
Image, Resize and use the following settings:



~ Step 3 ~

Effects, Texture Effects, Texture and use the following settings (color is your red):



Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the following settings:



Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

~ Step 4 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Using your selection tool draw a square in your mask and fill it with white
Selections, Modify, Contract 2
Fill the selection with black
Selections, Select None
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

~ Step 5 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Activate your Selection Tool and use the Custom Selection with the following settings:



Fill the selection with White
Selections, Modify, Contract 15
Hit delete key on your keyboard
Selections, Select None
Move this layer down so its under the merged layer
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Activate the merged layer (the mask) and repeat same Drop Shadow

~ Step 6 ~

Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the follow settings:



Activate the other layer and repeat the rotation with same settings
Maximize hmo_janescodame.pspimage and unhide the layer
Copy it and paste as new layer in your working image
If the lady is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Position it so it fits in the diamond

~ Step 7 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:
Make sure Shadow on new layer is CHECKED!



Activate the Shadow layer and delete the bottom part of it



~ Step 8 ~

Layers, New Raster Layer
Fill this layer with White
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Duplicate the image (Window, Duplicate)
Minimize one duplicate and working on the other one..
Image, Canvas Size and change the Width and the Height to 600
(Placement will be 100 on each side)
Activate your bottom layer and fill with white again

~ Step 9 ~

Activate your frame layer (should be the layer just on top of the white background)
Lock transparency by taking off the red X like in step 2
Set your foreground to pattern and find the image we minimized
Set the Angle to 0 and the Scale to 20
Left click once on the frame to fill with it with the pattern
Unlock transparency by putting a red X on the little lock
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the same settings as in step 5
Again Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings:



Hide the background layer (bottom layer)
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

~ Step 10 ~

Unhide the background and activate that layer
Maximize brushes.pspimage
Unhide the layers
Copy Brush 1 and paste as new layer
Set the Opacity to 52
Copy Brush 2 and paste as new layer
Set the Opacity to 22
Copy love you forever and paste as new layer
Maximize and copy flower.pspimage and paste as new layer
Layers, Arrange, Bring to top
Duplicate this layer 3 times
Put a flower on each corner
Hide the background layer (bottom layer)
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Unhide the background layer (bottom layer)

~ Step 11 ~

Set foreground color to Null and background color to Black
Activate text tool and use the following settings:



Type your name (or whatever you want)
If your text is not the top layer then Layers, Arrange, Bring to Top
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use the same settings as step 6
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Position the text (look at my image for placement)

~ Step 12 ~

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use the following settings (color is your red):



Repeat the Drop Shadow but change color to black
Hide the background layer (bottom layer)
Crop your image
Unide the background layer (bottom layer)
Layers, Merge, Merge All Flatten
Save your work as jpg
