This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions
~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here
Filters Unlimited 2.0, you can download here
My supplies here. The zip includes the tubes, patterns and font
Double click to open the font "Sloop Script One" and minimize it on your desktop
Open everything in PSP and minimize them all
File, New
Set Width at 500 and Height at 450, Transparent background
Set your foreground to pattern and find Casey_Love_texture3.jpg
Angle set to 0 and and Scale to 100
Fill the layer with your pattern
Maximize Casey_Love_texture1.jpg

Layers, Promote Background to Layer
Effects, Plugins, Filters Unlimited 2, Edges - Squares, Square Edge 13
Copy
***You can close this now we wont need it anymore***
Paste as new layer in our working area
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate and use these settings:
Direction: Right, Degrees: 45, other options Unchecked
Move it up in the left corner
Selections, Select All
Selections, Float
Selections, Defloat
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:
Selections, Modify, Contract 40
Layers, New Raster Layer
Fill the layer with your pattern Casey_Love_texture3.jpg
(it should be set as foreground already)
Click 4-5 times to make sure the selection is filled corretly
Selections, Select None
Repeat same Drop Shadow using same settings as before
Maximize Casey_Love_border.pspimage

Image, Canvas Size and set the Height to 162 (the Width do not change 800)
Placement will be Top: 81
Layers, Duplicate
Image, Flip
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Copy
***You can close this now we wont need it anymore***
Paste as new layer in our working area
Move it at the bottom (look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:
Copy Casey_Love_heart.pspimage and paste it as new layer
Move it down and on the left side over the border
Copy mmeButterfly_MySoul_Moonstar.psp and paste as new layer
Move it down and to the right (look at my image for placement)
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:
Copy RHONNAFARRER_2PS_VALENTINE_ALWAYS.pspimage and paste as new layer
Move it up a little and to the left so it fits nicely between the corner and our lady
Copy ar_love_hearts.pspimage and paste as new layer
Position it so its beside the word "Forever" (look at my image for placement)
Set foreground color to Null
Set background color to #81454e
Activate text tool and use these settings:
Type your name (or whatever you want)
Position the text between the heart and the lady in the border
Layers, Convert to Raster Layer
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings:
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible
Image, Canvas Size
Change the Width to 510 and the Height to 460
Make sure placement is center
Layers, New Raster Layer
Selections, Select All
Selections, Modify, Contract 5
Selections, Invert
Fill the selection with the dark color
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use these settings:
Selections, Select None
Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten)
Add your watermark and your tag is finished. I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial.
