The zip includes the image and the pattern Open your picture and pattern in psp { If you are not using the picture provided then make sure yours is 350 by 420 } Set your foreground color to #EDD5E3 Set your background color to #DD4D83 Image, Add Borders, 2 pixels in your dark color Image, Add Borders, 1 pixel in your light color Image, Add Borders, 2 pixels in your dark color Plugins, BorderMania, Frame #2 and use these settings: ![]() Image, Add Borders, 25 pixels in your light color Select the border with your magic wand Effects, Plugins, Richard Rosenman, Spherical Mapping Corrector and use these settings: ![]() Apply 4 more times Selections, Select none Select the top and bottom light sections Set your foreground to pattern Find pinklessonbg, Angle 0, Scale 100 Fill the selections with the pattern Selections, Select none Image, Add Borders, 2 pixels in your dark color Image, Add Borders, 1 pixel in your light color Image, Add Borders, 2 pixels in your dark color Effects, Plugins, BorderMania, Frame #2 and use these settings: ![]() Image, Add Borders, 30 pixels in a white color Select the border with your magic wand Fill with the pattern: pinklessonbg Effects, Plugins, Ecosse, Fluffer, use these settings: ![]() Selections, Select none Image, Add Borders, 2 pixels in your dark color Image, Add Borders, 1 pixel in your light color Image, Add Borders, 2 pixels in your dark color Effects, Plugins, BorderMania, Frame #2 and use these settings: ![]() Add your watermark and your tag is finished.
