Any resemblance to other online tutorials is purely coincidence ŠN@thy 2006 This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but can be done in other versions ~ You will need ~ The SE paper and the HS accents I used are by Melissa. You can find her awesome work @ Scrappy Expressions Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here My supplies here. The zip includes the tubes, backgrounds and alpha Open the tubes in PSP and minimize them all File, New Set Width to 566px and Height to 438px, Transparent background Set your Foreground color to #DAC0D6 Set your Background colot to #A96E9F Set your Foreground to Gradient and use these settings: Foreground-Background Gradient, Style Linear, Angle 135, Repeats 3, Invert Unchecked Fill the layer with your gradient Layers, New Raster Layer Set your Foreground color to pattern and use these settings: Find SE_GentleBreeze_Paper_4.jpg, Angle 0, Scale 100 Activate Selection Tool, Click on Custom Selection ![]() And use these settings: ![]() Fill the selection with your pattern Selections, Select None Activate Selection Tool once again Click on Custom Selection and use these settings: ![]() Fill the selection with your pattern Selections, Select None Layers, New Raster Layer and name this layer B1 Activate Selection Tool once again Click on Custom Selection and use these settings: ![]() Fill the selection with your Background color Selections, Select None Layers, Duplicate Rename this layer B2 Image, Mirror Layers, New Raster Layer Set your Foreground color to pattern and use these settings: Find nathypattern1.jpg, Angle 0, Scale 100 Fill the layer with your pattern Change the Opacity to 5 Change the Blend Mode to Overlay Copy nathypattern3.jpg and paste as new layer into your canvas Rename this layer B3 Move it all the way to the right Change the Blend Mode to Multiply Layers, Duplicate Rename this layer B4 Image, Mirror Layers, New Raster Layer and name this layer Frame Set your Foregound color to #894A7D Activate Selection Tool, click on Custom Selection and use these settings: ![]() Fill the selection with your Foreground color Selections, Modify, Contract 10 Hit Delete on your keyboard once Click on layer 'B1' Hit Delete on your keyboard once Click on layer 'B2' Hit Delete on your keyboard once Click on layer 'B3' Hit Delete on your keyboard once Click on layer 'B4' Hit Delete on your keyboard once Do NOT deselect Click on the Frame layer Selections, Invert Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings: Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2 Selections, Select None Copy Thaīss...fmm-rss.pspimage and paste as new layer Move the lady so it fits into the frame Move this layer down so its underneath the frame Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings: Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black Set your Foreground color to pattern and use these settings: Find nathypattern2.jpg, Angle 0, Scale 100 Click on the Frame layer Layers, Duplicate Lock Transparency ![]() Using Flood Fill Tool, fill the layer with your pattern Lock Transparency ![]() Change the Opacity to 46 Change the Blend Mode to Multiply Copy LD-lintstrik.pspimage and paste as new layer into your canvas Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use these settings: Hue 220, Saturation 66 Position it on the right (look at my image for placement) Layers, Duplicate Image, Mirror Move it slightly to the left Copy HS_Accents_01.pspimage and paste as new layer into your canvas Resize 80% (Bicubic, Resize all layers Unchecked) Position the accents at the top (look at my image for placement) Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings: Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2 Maximize nathy_alphachalkandbleach.png Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize and use the following settings: Hue: 220, Saturation: 66 Copy the letters of your name and paste them into the canvas Move them down at the bottom Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow on each letter and use these settings: Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2 Layers, Merge, Merge Visible Set your Foregound color to #894A7D Image, Canvas Size and use these settings: Width 576, Height 448, Placement Center (5 all around) Layers, New Raster Layer Selections, Select All Selections, Modify, Contract 5 Selections, Invert Fill the selection with your Foreground color Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow and use these settings: Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black Repeat Drop Shadow but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2 Layers, New Raster Layer Set your Foreground color to pattern and use these settings: Find nathypattern2.jpg, Angle 0, Scale 100 Lock Transparency Using Flood Fill Tool, fill the layer with your pattern Lock Transparency Change the Opacity to 46 Change the Blend Mode to Multiply Selections, Select None Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten) Add your watermark and your tag is finished.
